This year’s festival presents 4 events in which 25 artists from Estonia and abroad will take part in.
The opening event takes place on the 9. September in the white hall (Valge saal) in one of the most beautiful resort towns in Estonia, Narva-Jõesuu. You’ll hear the music of Xenia Zemskaja (Estonia) and Alexander Baraev (Russia). You will also have the opportunity to meet the composers and enjoy a glass of champagne. On 10. September in Narva stronghold you’ll be able to enjoy the opera of “Suor Angelica” written by G. Puccini and performed by the opera studio of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. It’s directed by Taisto Noor, starring Arete Teemets (soprano). On 11. September the Big Opera Gala will be held in Narva castle in which bright young Estonian soloists and a guest soloist from Finland (Taina Piira) will perform arias and romances.
